Sesame River Park, located in the suburb of Nanjing, serves as a vital green open space for the surrounding community. To enhance everyday life and offer a communal gathering spot, this small white building stands out uniquely among other service facilities. A geometric arrangement of irregular quadrilaterals and triangles can be derived from the park's context where the community center is situated, shaping the building's fundamental form. It rises organically from the landscape, emerging at the edge of the entrance square by the riverbank. The building envelops the square with sloping greenery, defining its spatial impression and dynamic ambiance. The park's landscape will be renovated with a unified geometric design. The community center features a series of triangular metallic roofs that span two primary areas: one designated as a service zone and the other as a versatile public space, offering maximum flexibility for various programs and activities. Expansive glass curtains have been installed on the façade to maintain the transparence between interior space and the lush parkland that encircles it. The design aims for a delicate structure that conveys a sense of lightness and forms a contemporary horizontal silhouette that harmonizes with the river.

芝麻河公园位于南京城郊，是服务周边社区的重要城市绿色开放空间。为了给周边居民的日常生活增添活力，以及为社区提供公共空间，这座小型的白色建筑与其它服务设施建筑相比应当具有独特性。从所处的公园现状地块肌理中，可提炼出一套由不规则四边形和三角形组成的几何秩序，建筑的基本形态可以依此而生。它仿佛从景观中生长出来一样，浮现在水岸边入口广场的尽端，和坡面共同形成对广场的半围合态势，定义出广场的空间感和活力氛围。公园的景观也将以同样的几何形态秩序同步更新。社区中心一系列三角形的金属屋面覆盖着下方的两个主要空间：一个作为开放的公共被服务空间，最大限度地保持自由开放，以满足举办不同活动的功能需求；另一个作为服务区域。大面积的玻璃幕墙被安装在立面，以保证室内空间和周围景观环境的通透性。设计追求结构的纤细以获得建筑的轻盈感，同时创造具有动感的当代建筑形象，强调水平方向的形式与一旁的河道呼应。
